All products, schemes, and services are governed by ASPIRI's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, Shipping & Cancellation Policy, Exchange & Buyback Policy, and Scheme Terms, as published on www.aspiri.in and updated from time to time. In case of any conflict, the written policies shall prevail.

ASPIRI shall not be liable for delays, failures, or inability to perform due to force majeure events, system outages, payment gateway issues, regulatory actions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Surat, Gujarat (India) and shall be governed by the laws of India.
