All prices displayed on the ASPIRI website and in stores are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The price applicable at the time of order placement shall be the final price for that transaction.

  • For international customers, transactions will be processed in INR. Currency conversion charges, if any, will be applied by your card issuer or bank.

Full payment is required at the time of placing an order on the ASPIRI website.

For custom or made-to-order jewelry purchased in-store or via Try-At-Home services:

  • A minimum advance payment of 50% of the order value may be required at the time of order confirmation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch or at the time of delivery, as agreed.

Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. ASPIRI reserves the right to cancel any order where payment is not received or is reversed after confirmation.

ASPIRI offers EMI and BNPL options through select banks and financial partners, subject to the customer's eligibility and the financial institution's terms and conditions.

  • EMI options are available for credit card purchases above a minimum order value (as specified at checkout).
  • Interest rates, tenure, and processing fees are determined by the respective bank or financial institution.
  • ASPIRI does not charge any additional processing fee for EMI transactions unless specifically stated.
  • In the event of a return or cancellation of an EMI order, the refund will be processed as per the bank's EMI cancellation policy. ASPIRI's responsibility is limited to initiating the refund to the payment gateway.

Failed Transactions:

If your payment fails during checkout, your order will not be confirmed. Any amount debited from your account for a failed transaction will be automatically reversed to your account within 5–7 business days by your bank or payment gateway.

Duplicate Transactions:

If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, please contact us immediately at payment@aspiri.in with your order details. Duplicate charges will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

Reversed / Chargeback Transactions:

In the event of a chargeback initiated by the customer with their bank, ASPIRI reserves the right to suspend the order and seek resolution through the appropriate payment dispute process.

A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued for every purchase made from ASPIRI, whether online or in-store.

  • For online orders, the invoice will be emailed to the registered email address and included in the shipment package.
  • For in-store purchases, the invoice will be provided at the point of sale.
  • The invoice serves as proof of purchase and is required for all returns, exchanges, and buyback transactions.
  • Duplicate invoices may be requested by contacting support@aspiri.in.

Refunds are processed in accordance with ASPIRI's Returns & Cancellation Policy. The following terms apply to all refunds:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days from the date of refund initiation, subject to bank processing timelines.
  • Cash refunds are not provided for online orders. For in-store cash purchases, refunds will be made via bank transfer / NEFT / RTGS.
  • Payment gateway charges (2% of the transaction value) are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on ASPIRI's part.
  • Refund confirmation will be communicated via email or SMS.

All transactions are subject to applicable Indian taxes including GST. ASPIRI is a registered GST taxpayer and all invoices include GST as per prevailing rates.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes applicable in their jurisdiction for international orders.
