15 Days Returns, Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy

Returns: Gold coins are not eligible for returns or money-back.

Exchange: Gold coins are eligible for lifetime exchange at 100% of the prevailing metal rate at the time of exchange.

Buyback: Buyback value = Applicable Lifetime Exchange Value minus an additional 3%.

Gold coin exchange and buyback values are calculated based on the prevailing live metal rate on the date of transaction, not the original purchase price.

15 Days Returns: 100% invoice value refund within 15 days from the date of invoicing and receipt of the product, subject to the product being unused and in original condition.

Lifetime Exchange:

• Within 1 Year from Invoice Date: 80% of the Original Invoice Value.
• After 1 Year from Invoice Date: 70% of the Original Invoice Value.

Lifetime Buyback:

• Within 1 Year from Invoice Date: 70% of the Original Invoice Value.
• After 1 Year from Invoice Date: 60% of the Original Invoice Value.

15 Days Returns: 100% invoice value refund within 15 days from the date of invoicing and receipt of the product.

Lifetime Exchange: 100% of metal weight value at the prevailing metal rate at the time of exchange.

Lifetime Buyback: Applicable Lifetime Exchange Value minus an additional 3%.

Making charges and gemstone values are not included in the exchange or buyback valuation for Plain Gold Jewelry.

Lifetime Exchange:

• Gold / Metal Component: 100% of metal weight at prevailing metal rate.
• Natural Diamond Component: 100% of the prevailing diamond value at the time of exchange.

Lifetime Buyback:

• Buyback value = Applicable Lifetime Exchange Value minus an additional 10%.

Diamond valuation is subject to re-certification and quality verification at the time of exchange/buyback. Making charges are not included.

15 Days Returns: 100% invoice value refund within 15 days from the date of invoicing and receipt of the product.

Lifetime Exchange:

• Gold / Metal Component: 100% of metal weight at prevailing metal rate.
• Lab-Grown Diamond Component: 90% of the prevailing lab-grown diamond value at the time of exchange.

Lifetime Buyback:

• Buyback value = Applicable Lifetime Exchange Value minus an additional 10%.

Lab-grown diamond values are subject to market fluctuations and re-certification at the time of exchange/buyback. Making charges are not included.

• Original invoice / proof of purchase is mandatory for all returns, exchanges, and buybacks.
• The product must be in original condition with no signs of physical damage, alteration, or tampering.
• Customized and personalized products are not eligible for returns but are eligible for exchange and buyback.
• All returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.
• ASPIRI reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or buyback that does not comply with these terms.
• Exchange and buyback values are calculated on the date of the transaction, not the original purchase date.
• Making charges, wastage, and certification fees are non-refundable in exchange and buyback transactions.
• All transactions are subject to applicable taxes and government levies.

• For online purchases, the product must be returned in its original packaging with all certificates, tags, and accessories.
• Return shipping costs are borne by ASPIRI for products returned due to defects or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer bears the shipping cost.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receipt and quality inspection of the returned product.
• ASPIRI reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The version applicable at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of ASPIRI management shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws.

To be eligible for returns, exchange, or buyback, the following conditions must be met:

• Valid original purchase invoice from ASPIRI.
• Product purchased directly from ASPIRI (online or in-store).
• Product is in its original, unaltered condition.
• No repairs, modifications, or resizing performed by third parties.
• All original certificates (GIA, IGI, or ASPIRI certification) must be presented.
• Customer must be the original purchaser (non-transferable unless gifted with invoice).
