Gift Card and E-Gift Card Policy

• Gift Card: A physical prepaid card issued by ASPIRI that can be used to purchase products at ASPIRI stores or online.
• E-Gift Card: A digital prepaid voucher delivered electronically (via email or SMS) that can be used to purchase products from ASPIRI's website or retail stores.
• Issuer: Aspiri LLP, the entity that issues ASPIRI Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards.
• Cardholder / Recipient: The person in possession of the Gift Card or E-Gift Card and entitled to use it as per these terms.
• Balance: The monetary value remaining on the Gift Card or E-Gift Card at any given time.

ASPIRI Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are valid for use at:

• ASPIRI official website (www.aspiri.in)
• ASPIRI exclusive retail stores across India
• ASPIRI Shop-in-Shop (SIS) locations
• ASPIRI Try-At-Home service (subject to prior confirmation)

Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are not valid for use at third-party retailers, marketplaces, or any other platform not directly operated by ASPIRI.

• Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are available for purchase on the ASPIRI website and at ASPIRI retail stores.
• They are available in denominations as specified on the website or at the point of purchase.
• Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards can be purchased using all payment methods accepted by ASPIRI.
• Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be purchased using another Gift Card or E-Gift Card.
• Upon purchase, the E-Gift Card will be delivered electronically to the recipient's email address or mobile number as provided at the time of purchase.
• Physical Gift Cards will be dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout, subject to standard delivery timelines.

• Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards can be redeemed against the purchase of any product available on the ASPIRI website or in ASPIRI stores, subject to availability.
• To redeem online, enter the unique Gift Card / E-Gift Card code at checkout in the designated field.
• For in-store redemption, present the physical card or the E-Gift Card code to the store associate at the time of billing.
• Multiple Gift Cards / E-Gift Cards may be combined in a single transaction, subject to system capability.
• If the order value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
• Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards.
• Partial redemption is permitted; the remaining balance will be retained on the card for future use.
• Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are non-transferable once redeemed.

• ASPIRI Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
• The expiry date will be printed on the physical Gift Card or communicated in the E-Gift Card email/message.
• Unused balances on expired Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
• ASPIRI is not responsible for notifying cardholders of upcoming expiry dates.

Balance Enquiry:

To check your Gift Card or E-Gift Card balance, contact ASPIRI customer support at support@aspiri.in or visit any ASPIRI store with your card or code.

• ASPIRI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards.
• ASPIRI will not replace lost or stolen Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards, nor will it be liable for any unauthorized use of the same.
• Treat your Gift Card or E-Gift Card like cash — keep the card number and PIN (if applicable) confidential.
• In the event of suspected misuse or fraud, please contact ASPIRI immediately at support@aspiri.in.
• ASPIRI reserves the right to cancel or deactivate any Gift Card or E-Gift Card that is suspected to have been obtained or used fraudulently.

• Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are non-refundable — they cannot be returned or exchanged for cash once purchased.
• Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are non-encashable — the balance cannot be converted to cash or transferred to a bank account.
• In the event that a product purchased using a Gift Card or E-Gift Card is returned, the refund will be issued as a new Gift Card or E-Gift Card of equivalent value, not as cash or a bank transfer.
• ASPIRI does not offer cashback, cash withdrawal, or any monetary equivalent for Gift Card or E-Gift Card balances.

From time to time, ASPIRI may issue Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards as part of promotional campaigns, loyalty rewards, or referral programs. Such promotional Gift Cards / E-Gift Cards are subject to these terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of issuance.

• Promotional Gift Cards / E-Gift Cards may have a shorter validity period than standard cards.
• Promotional Gift Cards / E-Gift Cards may be restricted to specific product categories or have a minimum purchase requirement.
• ASPIRI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional Gift Card offer at any time without prior notice.

Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards issued as part of ASPIRI's loyalty schemes, savings plans, or other structured programs are subject to the specific terms and conditions of those respective schemes, in addition to this Policy.

• In case of any conflict between the scheme-specific terms and this Policy, the scheme-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that scheme.
• For all other matters, this Gift Card Policy shall govern.
• ASPIRI reserves the right to amend scheme-specific terms and this Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.

ASPIRI's liability in connection with Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards is limited to the face value of the card. ASPIRI shall not be liable for:

• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of a Gift Card or E-Gift Card.
• Any technical failures that prevent the use of a Gift Card or E-Gift Card, provided ASPIRI takes reasonable steps to resolve the issue.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use a Gift Card or E-Gift Card.
• Delays in delivery of physical Gift Cards due to courier or logistics issues.

This Gift Card & E-Gift Card Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
